Failed to load data

it appears that backups have not been working so I tried to replace the with new schedules (the existing schedules are still in place) and when I select the source it says failed to load data. I cannot see where the config is for the authentication to the file store. I have sent messages and screen shots to support but have yet to receive answers.

    Which cloud did you select as the source? Could you try to re-add the cloud to MultCloud?
