VIP with very slow transfer speed

Hi there.  I have just paid for VIP but the transfer speed from FTP to Google Drive is very slow.  Transfer rate is at Rate: 3.34MB/s or lower.  Most of the time it show 0...  I have transfer the same file from FTP to 1Fichier and is getting speed much higher than 3.34MB/s. 

Please rectify the problem.  Thank you.
