Access denied!

I have used only 35Gb, a far cry from my 2TB free allotment. But now, when I try to Transfer or Backup Service I get a message stating: "Sorry, you need to upgrade to unlock this feature. Do you want to upgrade now?".

Does this feature is disabled now?


  • Sorry, I don't understand what you mean. I click on "Transfer" button at the top of the page, then when I try to choose a directory to transfer it shows: "Access denied! Sorry, you need to upgrade..."

    If you want to move or copy multiple files at once from one cloud to another you need upgraded your account. Previously free now have to pay for it.
