what happened to the unlimited data traffic?

I remembered few weeks ago I shared a post to my google+ account to avail unlimited data traffic. I went back and I can confirm it was Unlimited. 

But when I returned today the bandwidth is not capped at 10GB.  What happened?

    I know, that all free will change any time, but I think MultClound must respect the condition of all users before the change.
