Post again, please do not delete this again: FTP Tasks NOT WORKING

I am posting this again as it was deleted and had no solution or even help!
Task from FTP to Dropbox is not working: it remains in "running" state and nothing else.
I can access FTP and Dropbox accounts.

    @Irobert, please send the screenshot of it to us so we can analyze. By the way, you can cancel it first and retry it.
