False sync updates from Box

I am syncing a box account to a dropbox account. Every couple of weeks the box files sync even though there are no changes to the dates/time stamps. Any ideas?

  • @PCi, Did you mean you enabled a scheduled sync task but no files were synced to the Dropbox account, right? If so, did you add new files to the Box account?
