[COMPLAINT] I upgraded to premium but still on free mode

My upgrade didn't happen 

I purchased premium subscription and I still get one thread instead of 10 (not even 2 just one)

And also the speed is very low just as it was on free mode, so I didn't get connection to VIP server 

I mailed the support but we will be in weekend I wanted to solve this before the staff have weekend (It is so urgent)

Please multicloud staff HELP

    @karkar, I guess your task was created before upgrading your account to the premium account, right? If this is the case, please cancel your task and try again.
