Can't Access My MultCloud

I've been using MultCloud for about a year. As recently as last week, everything worked fine. Starting 3 days ago, I can login, but then nothing. It leaves me on the MultCloud Home Page. Another discussion suggested clearing cookies. I tried that, and it didn't help. Can anyone else suggest a reason for the problem or a solution? Many thanks.

  • Hi All, Someone suggested opening in an incognito window. That fixed the problem. Thanks for the help!

    Incognito browsing not keep us logged in, so use CCleaner by pirifom and clear all browsing data, cookies, cache
