Cannot connect Dropbox Business

I log into my Dropbox Business and then attempt to add it to MultCloud. However, I get the following error:
You must be a team administrator to authorize this app. Either login to a Dropbox for Business admin account, or contact an existing administrator for your team.
I am the administrator and at the bottom of Dropbox Business, I click on the "1 member" and I am listed. But still can't connect. (I can connect my personal dropbox.

  • Hi @danoshea, according to this situation, would you please let us know whether you created the team folder? If this isn't the case, then you cannot add it to MultCloud because you are not the administrator of the team.
