copy failed but the file is copied

Hello there, I tried to copy some large files (>500MB) from my dropbox to copy.com. After some auto-restart file copy, it said the copy process is failed, but when I check on my copy.com, files is actually copied, although I haven't checked does the file is completely copied or corrupted. So, what is wrong here? Do files already completely copied?
