Mega transferring problem

Hi my problem  is simple  I can't copy or transfer  or sync files from mega at all To another  cloud  service  always  failed transmission error  I use puffin browser Please  help

    Hi, what error message did you see when trying to transfer your files? Please provide error message with your MultCloud account to us so we can analyze it.

    I also get timeout errors using mega.

    Based on this case, please change other time to retry it to see if problem persists.
