Repeated transfer failure

Hi,

I registered a premium account for moving the contents of my dropbox to Livedrive via FTP. Transfer successfully starts, but fails every time after different amounts of time. So far I've never been able to make a complete transfer of any folder whatsoever. I'm beginning to think that this wasn't a good investment.

Any ideas about that?
