Urgent – Paid MultCloud Account Not Recognized (Forum Request Also Submitted)

Hello MultCloud Support Team,

I subscribed to a 1-year MultCloud plan in January 2025 using my Gmail account:

I rarely used my account after subscribing, but now that I need it for a migration, I cannot log in. 

  • When I try to sign in or reset my password, I receive this error message: 
    "You must enter the email corresponding to your account."
  • When I try the Google Sign-In button, I can log in, but it only shows a free 5GB account instead of my paid 1-year subscription.

It seems that my account and subscription are not being recognized at all.

Please check and restore access to my paid account, or provide me with a license code or the correct account information so I can use my subscription.

This is an urgent matter because I need to complete a migration task immediately. Please restore access to my paid account as soon as possible or provide me with a license code/correct account information so I can use my subscription.

I can provide my purchase receipt for verification if needed.
