Problems transferring files from OneDrive to iCloud

Problems:
  1. I transferred a few old photos as a test before I paid for the 1200GB version and MultCloud did not preserve the time stamps.
  2. I then looked at this forum and found people saying that it cannot transfer High efficiency videos and photos like HEIF/HEVC.
Is there any way to work around these problems?

    1. It is unable to preserve the metadata because of the API limit from the cloud storages.
    2. Yes, it is unable to transfer HEIF/HEVC to iCloud Photos. It is not supported yet.
    There is no solution for these problems because of the cloud limits.
