Trouble Transferring 880GB from Dropbox to iCloud Photos

I set up a task to transfer around 880GB of photos and videos from Dropbox to iCloud Photos. The transfer stopped after about 250GB and marked the task as completed. It also reported that about 70 files couldn’t be copied, with the error “iCloud does not support” — but all of those files are in HEIC format, which iCloud normally supports (my entire archive is HEIC).

When I tried restarting the transfer, I started getting duplicate file errors instead. At this point, I can’t transfer the full 880GB library.

Does anyone know why this is happening, or where the problem might be?

    batuhanaltun For the error  “iCloud does not support”, currently, it only supports transferring the following file formats: “jfif,” “pjpeg,” “jpeg,” “pjp,” “jpg,” iCloud Photos.

    @Admin That explains the issue then. Naturally, the majority of the photo library is in HEIC format, so most of the archive cannot be transferred. When I tried again, the files that had already been transferred caused duplicate errors. But if HEIC format is not supported, this should have been clearly indicated as a warning from the start to avoid wasted time. Now I’ll have to delete the files that were already transferred.
