Remote Upload - Torrents Never Work

I've tried so many ways and so many torrents and it always fails. Previously it would at least pretend to work at first and then never complete download. Now it just fails right from the start. It NEVER works, regardless of what device I use (Mac, PC, Android) regardless of browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) and regardless of whether I use a magnet link or actual torrent file (I've tried dozens). I paid for a lifetime membership and this was one of my main selling points, but it just never works. 

Is it just me or is this a problem for anyone else?

    @mebrad Please email support@multcloud.com and offer screenshots of the error and offer torrent files as an example for further assistance.
