onedrive Transfer stuck on Waiting

Hi everyone,

I’m in the middle of a OneDrive Personal to OneDrive Business transfer, but the system has been stuck at “waiting” for several hours now.

I’ve already opened a support ticket, but the response time is showing 24 hours — I was hoping someone here might have some insight or experience with this issue.

Is there anything I can do from my side through the interface to move things along or troubleshoot this delay?

Appreciate any help or advice you can share. Thanks in advance!

  • @umair1992 We check actually the task is not stuck. It is waiting because there are too many files/folders in the same task, which reaches the limit of cloud drive.
    We advise you to create multiple tasks to separately select fewer files/folders in each task to finish the transfer in batches.
