iCloud Not Working

Hi there,

When I add my iCloud (which successfully does the 2-factor) it adds the drive, but whenever I try to access it, at the top of the page I get: "Please try again later or re-add cloud to multi cloud"

I have re-added it, and the same happens.

Any ideas how to fix this, since the goal of signing up was to move files to my iCloud

  • @xplicitshrink We advise you to enable  "Access iCloud Data on the Web" and disable "Advanced Data Protection" and try again to add the cloud drive.
  • I am also experiencing this problem. I have Access iCloud Data on the Web enabled and I am not in the Advanced Data Protection program. Something else is occurring on your end. I am not even receiving the 2-Factor code from Apple. Just a notification that multcloud is attempting to access my account. I believe that multcloud needs to be using latest Apple API for iCloud.

    Is there any problem/error when you add it?
    You can offer us some screenshots of the problem so we will check it.
