Unable to log in account

I am unable to log in my lifetime unlimited paid account for the last 2 days.Tried through Mobile Chrome, Firefox and Kiwi Browsers on my various android smartphones. Resetting password also not worked. My account is 2FA enabled. The logging happens successfully but the webpage starts loading and goes on loading for ever without any success. Before this issue started, when I was able to access my account, web pages were freezing.
Please help me out.

    Try using a desktop computer to access the account, and make sure to complete the captcha to log in. if the issue keeps persisting, you can contact [email protected]
