Transfere and One Way Sync

Is there any actual difference between One Way Sync and Transfer? It seems to have basically the same function.

    @Nibiru2056, First, the transfer will copy the whole source folder to the destination folder, while the sync task will only copy files/folders under the source folder to the destination folder.
    And, One-Way sync supports multiple sync modes.
