Files missing after transfer

on amazon drive i chose music folder to transfer to ondrive music folder. there was 60GB of files. onedrive has the directory structure from amazon drive but no music files. The Amazon drive no longer contains my music folders or mp3's. what happened? Are they gone for good?

    I used cloud transfer found the files on amazon drive then found location on onedrive. The location on onedrive has directory structure but empty folders. I don't see them on amazon anymore. I have a copy of the music files on a WD drive. I like the concept of being able to move files between cloud drives. I just found this program last night and am newbie. I may have not done something correctly. Some warning this could happen might help others.
