Everything has disappeared

Hi! About 6 months ago I joined MultCloud and tested the servíce. I worked well, and I set up a number of drives: Google, Dropbox, Mega ...

Now I have refurbished my smartphone, and I log into my account again. And I find nothing. Not one linked account? What happened and how can this be?
