FTP to FTP transfer only copying folders, not files

I have successfully connected up the 2 FTPs to transfer the files, but when I start the process, only fodlers are copying, not their contents. The contents are mostly art files (Photoshops and Illustrotor) with some html docs and PDFs as well. I would like to transfer ALL files within the folders I am selecting. Am I missing a simple step?
