Simultaneous Transfer or Backup Service

Noticed that multiple scheduled transferes get queued until an the current active transfer is complete, as opposed to transfers being executed simultanously. This leads to delays in the sync schedule.

Is there are way around it, to have scheduled transfers executed at the scheduled time and not to be queued until the active transfer is complete?
