moving files between dropbox & onedrive

I have been trying to move some movie files from Dropbox to onedrive.  I was able to transfer a 1.5GB file yesterday, but today i have a 3 GB file that will not transfer.  I've attached a screen shot of the feedback the website is giving me.  The file transfer will transfer at a very good speed (2MB/sec) for a bit, then drop to nothing, then pick back up, then drop back off, over & over again.  The various times i tried to transfer the file I would get different percentage done before it would error out. The speed is almost as slow as me just uploading the file directly from my computer.
